XINOMAVRO

Combining the best that our Syrah, Merlot and Agiorgitiko vines have to offer, our Dry Red has rich spicy aromas of raisin and dried fig.

This Dry White wine has a complex floral aroma which also brings to mind fresh stone fruits such as apple and pear.

Creating a perfect rosé is a fine art and we are happy we can dedicate the time and attention necessary to make our Dry Rosé a high quality representation of what our vineyard has to offer.

We have found that the Agiorgitiko variety, generally more common in southern Greece, is especially suited to the soil and humidity conditions of our vineyards in Pieria.

Complex bouquet with small red fruits, spices and caramel notes. In the mouth a balanced taste, soft, pleasant aromatic duration. Accompanies excellent grilled meats, pasta with red sauce, grilled mushrooms.

Aromas of small and myrtle fruits in enough intensity in the nose that characterize the mouth which unfolds pleasantly with body and balanced acidity. It accompanies pasta, Asian cuisine, grilled poultry and fruit salads. It is also
consumed as an aperitif.
 

Complex nose with intensity of aromas of musk and exotic fruits that unfolds pleasantly in the mouth which is delicious, with crunchy acidity. It accompanies excellent grilled fish and shellfish as well as poultry or grilled vegetables. It is also consumed as an aperitif.
 

Light orange-salmon color. Aromas of citrus fruits and stone fruits with enough intensity, special character and composition. Structured in the mouth with excellent balancethat gives length and intensity to the palate. It is combined with dishes from Mediterranean and Asian cuisines.
 

It is produced in the traditional way. Rich and intense aromas of musk and exotic fruits give a strong character to this wine. It can be perfectly combined with roasted fish, shellfish, as well as poultry and grilled vegetables. It is mainly consumed as an aperitif.
